Clear Lake Sand & Fill
  • FINAL GRADE SAND - Our final grade sand is a clean, un-screened product. It is normally used for final grade on new structures and as a bedding sand for underground piping. This sand is also useful for horse arenas and stalls. It contains minimal clay.

  • SANDY FILL, CLAY FILL, SELECT FILL - Select fill is a soil mix intended to meet certain designated engineering standards. It is generally tested to meet a plasticity index (PI) dictated by the project. Clay fill has a higher PI while our Sandy Fill has a lower PI compared to select fill.
